Here’s 5 off the top of my head:

    1. During the inauguration, molecules of pure, unrefined hope will shoot forth from the eyes of Barack Obama. Those who do not immediately look away will melt just like the SS guy from Raiders of the Lost Ark. Jessie Jackson will be vindicated.

    2. After the disaster of the inauguration, followed by a total economic collapse, Tina Turner will take her rightful place as ruler of the United States, now re-named Barter Town.

    3. Having previously lead our nation through an extra terrestrial assault; actor Bill Pullman will rise up to challenge the legitimacy of Tina Turners rule. Added by Master Blaster, he and his band of renegade children will prevail, but at great cost.

    4. By the end of the year, water, power, and some semblance of civilization will be restored to most parts of the New United States. The wastelands however, will remain lawless for sometime to come.

    5. I will try to find a job. Preferably working for the Turner administration.

    Alan,

Hahaha. Good stuff. While I’m not sure ANY of that will come close to happening, it will be sweet when you get a job and finally join the working masses.
