A Beautiful or Unique Snowflake?

Snowflakes
Anyone can tell you that no two snowflakes are alike. That is, except maybe, a graphic designer. Over at idsgn they have put together a nice little piece on the history of the snowflake icon.

Hope on the Slopes Logo
Of course there are other graphic interpretations of a snowflake as well. Like this Hope on the Slopes Logo from my portfolio.

While Tyler Durden may have said “You are not a beautiful or unique snowflake,” this year, that surely didn’t seem true. 2009 was, for me, quite an eventful and auspicious year.

Many life milestones were met, getting engaged, buying a house, and the addition of our first child. This year and it’s memories will never be forgotten. Hopefully 2009, despite the rough economy, was positively unforgettable for you as well.

Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas, Happy Chanunkha, Happy Festivus, Happy Kwanza, Merry Winter Solcitice, and Happy New Year to all! Best wishes in 2010.
