Stefan Sagmeister: The Power of Time Off

Living legend and graphic designer Stefan Sagmeister shuts down his studio in New York City for one year every seven years. During this period he and his staff travel and spend time working on projects of a personal nature. In this TED speech Sagmeister explains that the time off has led to innovation not only in his own firm but in others as well. By the end it is clear, we should all take a sabbatical.
