Emotionally Vague is a research project about emotion, sensation, and feeling. The project aims to define the emotions anger, joy, fear, sadness, and love by conducting a survey where users define each emotion in different visual ways. One exercise asks them to draw arrows in the direction each of the emotions takes place in relation to their bodies. Another inquiry asks them to define colors that fell like their emotions. The results are fascinating and quite beautiful.

Visually defining emotion is key to successful graphic design. Emotionally Vague is certainly worth studying and revisiting after some time.
